(as a service user),

I have said lot of things about Guernsey House – I would like to point out that my main support comes from a volunteer called David.

On all different levels the support wasn't pushed on me, I chose. The fact that Dave chose me was my day. Now a trusted friend and confidant.

Thanks for posting - I have passed on your comments to Dave - we agree he is a fantastic source of support and a great listener. We know that our volunteers offer a unique perspective which is very valuable to service users and staff.
