I was disappointed I couldn't get an appointment straight with Torbay Hospital, as this is where all my notes are.

Thank you for sharing your comments about using the TRAC service, I can only apologise that in this instance you were left feeling disappointed. At TRAC we are able to offer you a choice of appointment location, date and time, where possible, I would like to understand a little bit more about your referral to see why you were not offered Torbay Hospital as a choice.
