Last month, I was a patient on ward B2 at the Royal Bolton hospital for the treatment of my asthma. The standard of care I received whilst staying on this ward was good. The staff were professional and courteous, however there were not enough staff most of the time.

Thank you for your comments and we are pleased that you were happy with the standard of care and the attitude of our staff. They certainly can be very busy at times, but we do not fall below required levels.
