"I feel this is a much better system"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Had to use this services several times over the last few months. Staff has always been very good, very professional. The GP was really good explaining the referral process and when the TRAQS people rang they were very good fitting in with my needs. I feel this is a much better system then before where you seemed to wait months with no update on what was happening at all.

Thank you for taking the time to tell TRAQS about your experience of using the new referral system.

It is rewarding to hear from patients who have experienced both types of referral. The TRAQS team aim to provide Choice to enable patients to make an informed decision as to where they would like to be seen when they require further treatment outside of their GP practice. The TRAQS team are able to offer a Choice of hospitals and will do their very best to fit in with a patients work/home schedule within the clinics available to them.

The TRAQS team appreciates all comments from patients/carers as it helps us to develop the service further for the benefit of the patients within the Telford and Wrekin area.

Thank you again for your very positive comments relating to the new TRAQS team. I will be happy to share your kind comments with the team.
