I have just spent a morning at the day surgery unit where I had a general anesthetic. Every staff member that I came across was very pleasant. I was looked after very well in the recovery unit where the staff were very attentive and willing to look after me. There was no beds available in the ward as they were full, but the sister in charge of the ward even came and apologized to me and asked if there was anything that she could do for me. She asked if I had any questions for her and told me to ask if I wanted anything at all. I was very nervous before going into FPH, but they really helped me to relax and made me feel very comfortable. I have no complaints at all about any of the staff or departments that I came across during my stay there.
