The consultant was more friendly then many I have met in the past but went back on the agreed course of diagnosis by being persuade by radiology to try a "cheaper" and less effective course of action. The Secretary was down right rude and unprofessional in the way I was spoken to.

In all a very stressful and unsatisfactory experience. I will get my GP to refer me to somewhere more professional next time.
