People rarely write to praise,just to complain.I felt after the service I recieved at Crowborough Hospital on Wednesday evening at their minor injuries unit,I had to put pen to paper.I am working & living for 6 months near Tunbridge Wells,therefore not able to attend my own GP surgery,and needed to get an ear syringed....I called the unit,made an appointment for 6pm,had the procedure completed by a fabulous nurse and was out by 6.10pm...If any experience of going to hospital is pleasurable,that was ....I cannot recommend Crowborough Hospital high enough....I think it should be made an NHS example of how hospitals should be,and can be.
