Please do update your website with the correct details ASAP. There is not a walk-in centre at St George's A&E...at least if there is the nurses don't know about it! Having the wrong information on your website is resulting in the emergency staff of a busy A&E department having their time wasted which is really not a matter to be taken lightly! Also the patient's are having their time wasted too! It's also pretty embarrassing going to what you think is a walk-in centre for minor illnesses only to be told that it is an Accident and Emergency department only and you have been very irresponsible by coming in with a minor illness.

I know St George's is not the only hospital that claims to have a Walk-In centre for minor illnesses at A&E but actually doesn't. This problem is easy to sort out and will save a lot of wasted time in our busy hospitals so would someone please address it.
