As a parent accompanying my teenaged daughter we were welcomed by a polite and helpful receptionist and directed to the areas we needed to go for an ECG and blood test. The staff in both areas were excellent. We had to wait no more than a few minutes for the ECG. On trying to find our way back to pathology, Porter staff were incredibly helpful! Despite having to wait an hour for blood tests, it did not go unnoticed as to how relentlessly hard the staff worked to get through a lot of people. The area was cramped because of the numbers waiting. However the staff team kept on going and maintained a genuine kindness and respect for everyone. Overall the staff team we came into contact with we're excellent! Thank you for making an otherwise worrying visit to the hospital a stressless experience.
