I vistited the Opthamologist after visiting A&E with severe Iritus. I was very unwell and collapsed in the waiting area. I was told by the Opthamologist they could not care for me in the department. On follow up appointments the care improved, I was told to come back in 4 weeks, an appointment would be sent in the post. I have not recieved this appointment, the appointments line cannot help and the hospital switchboard refuse to put me through to the department. I am in pain and the department refuse to help me.
