when i visited the A & E department I was treated by a consultant and his team who were very friendly and kind. The consultant took time to explain each step of the care, i am a nurse myself and know how important it is to have positive feedback. I would definitely recommend the A & E at the Royal Free Hospital and give it a 5 star rating.
