very poor and disjointed service. the staff and computer systems are never upto date, lost test results and basic information missing. very poor maternity/anti natal unit. staff do not listen and take on board information you are giving them. very disjointed service, never see the same staff members so most of the time you are repeating yourself at every appointment. very often they 'refer' you to other staff members who clearly have little or no knowledge of why you are seeing them, often 'pass the buck' and blame computer systems for not being 'connected' many test results lost, no records of scans and definelty not entered onto patient records with acccurace. basic info on records filled in wrong. very disappointing and worrying to be under there care. information they give is poor and often misleading.
