About: Royal Bolton Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I was a patient on ward D4 at the Royal Bolton hospital for the treatment of a virus. The standard of care I received was good and I was very pleased with all aspects of the way in which I was looked after.

The only problem was the parking at the hospital, but I appreciate that not a lot can really be done about this.

Thank you to all D4 staff.

Thank you for taking the time to send your comments. It is good to know that you were very pleased with your care -- we will pass your comments on to the staff on D4. Parking can be difficult at busy times and although we have increased the number of spaces over the years, demand has continued to grow. We tend to advise people to take public transport or be dropped off whenever possible.
