My son was admitted to the childrens ward as an emergency, seen by nursing team straight away (although fairly quiet at that time) excellent service , staff very friendly and approachable, felt reassured, pead on call gave clear explaination and involved child in consultation, she's a credit to the service.

Your positive comments about your son’s care and treatment from both the Doctors and Nurses were very much appreciated and have been forwarded on to the Department concerned. I was particularly pleased to hear that the Doctor concerned involved your child in the consultation. Patient feed back is essential to the Trust in order for all staff to improve the patient experience. Thank you
