The staff in ICCU are a disgrace with the exception of one or two staff members.The nurse in charge was unprofessional and downright nasty at times and enjoyed jokes with other staff members at patients expenses. The staff on B wards talked about patients very loudly so everyone could hear about their aillments laughed about patients families and were very rude.I have now enrolled with Bupa because i would rather not visit that hospital again.
