I attended recently the A/E department in early hours of Saturday morning with a first time occurrence of a severe tachycardia(rapid heart rate).I was treated extremely promptly,kindly and courteously and was rapidly monitored and investigated. I was able to leave with appropriate treatment and explanation within 2-3 hours of arrival.As a retired doctor I was able to observe and note that all the staff involved were highly professional and competent.I was very grateful for such prompt and kind service.
