Anything else?
Having had emergency surgery at St. Georges for a dissected Aorta in June 2011 and subsequently a debrancing of my arteries in Sept 2012, ready for thoracic endo vascular aortic repair due on 27th Feb 2013. I have been attending Cardio vascular rehabilitation twice a week for the past 3 months.I have been extremely impressed with their gentle yet firm motivation to encourage me to exercise on a regular basis.
I would recommend the team to anyone undergoing heart surgery.
I am in the process of offering to be a volunteer after my next lot of exercise classes.
