"National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery"

About: National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery - Queen Square / Neurosurgery

(as the patient),

Just spent 5 days in the hospital where my treatment was excellent, both with the team of surgeons, anesthetists and the others who helped with my operation and the ward staff of Lady Anne Allerton ward who looked after me during my recovery period. Whilst in the ward the staff were friendly and efficient and it was almost a pleasure to be there. The only downside was, for me, the food. As far as I was concerned it was awful but other patients seemed to look forward to mealtimes and my food seemed to be the only dishes to be returned uneaten.

Many thanks indeed for taking the time to write about your experience at the National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery. We are always very grateful to hear about the positive experience our patients have had.  Your comments have been shared with the medical and nursing team. I am sorry to hear that your were not satisfied with the food. I have fedback your comments to our catering team. I am sorry that we were not able to resolve your concerns about the food whilst you were still in hospital. Our menus are extensive and we are often able to find patients an alternative choices that they are happy with in this circumstance at this time.  Thank you again.
