"More nursing staff needed on ward 32 at Aintree"

I was a patient on ward 32 at the Aintree University hospital in Liverpool in April of this year.

The standard of care, I thought, was average at best. There were never enough nurses on duty - more nurses are needed to help patients, particularly for those patients who cannot do things for themselves.

I would like to thank all the staff on ward 32, and also to the 2 people (I don't know their names) who helped me get back on my feet after I fell over.
