About: Plymouth Teaching PCT Tamar Referral & Appointments Centre

(as the patient),

Referred by GP - appointment for first hospital visit 2 weeks. Attended outpatients and referred to specialist unit 2 weeks seen by specialist and within 2 weeks given appointment for day patient operation.

GP-2 weeks to appt to see hospital - 2 weeks saw consultant - 2 weeks operation.
