The last time I visited this hospital was to have a small procedure done to remove infected Pilonidal Sinuses in Ward 20. Having never undergone a general anesthetic before I was very nervous but found all the staff present extremely friendly and helpful as well as caring and considerate. I was looked after extremely well by all members of staff and I was always given help when I needed it.

After the procedure I was left alone to be able to rest and recover from the anesthetic which unfortunately had a bad effect on me, making me feel very sick but when I did need help I found that I had to wait only a few seconds after pressing the call button before somebody came to see if I was ok.

Overall I was very pleased with how I was treated and I will be recommending this hospital to friends and family in the future if they need it.
