I was a patient on ward 18A at the Fazakerley hospital for the treatment of pneumonia. The standard of care I received was generally very good . The nursing staff during the day were great, always very helpful.
However, the night staff were not nearly as good. One nurse had no patience with you at all. Also, he never got me painkillers when I asked for them.
Thank you to all day staff though, especially Ann.
