My husband was brought in by ambulance after becoming unwell and collapsing at home. The first responder, the ambulance crew were all great too but I felt I must leave a comment in reagrd to the care that my husband received from the nurse and doctors.

The care was amazing - first rate and I could not fault it. The care and compassion show to my husband and myself in A&E, CDU and ultimately on AAU has been excellent and we are all very grateful.

He was very ill on admission but the nurses and doctors made sure he got the best possible care and attention and he is already well on the mend. The staff worked together brilliantly and we are so very grateful for the care that he received.

So glad that you feel our doctors and nurses, especially those in the Lister's emergency department, CDU and AAU teams, gave you and your husband the care and support that you both needed at what must have been a very traumatic time for you both. Most importantly we're delighted to hear that he is now on the mend - something that will also please our clinical colleagues when they get to read your very kind words.
