The care was fantastic, all staff (bar one grouchy nurse in admissions) were courteous, highly professional and kind. The hospital was clean and even the food wasn't bad! Long live our wonderful NHS I say

It is really pleasing to receive your largely positive feedback, however you have mentioned "one grouchy nurse in admissions" and so I wonder if you would be willing to get in touch with us so we can provide that feedback directly to the staff member involved to enable us to see where we could improve, individually and collectively.
