I was a patient in the Cardiology department at the Aintree hospital in Liverpool. The standard of care i received was good. I was most impressed by the timeliness of appointments. Information was shared with me appropriately and I was treated with respect and dignity.
The only improvement would be to provide wheelchair access in the waiting room.
