I attended the day ward for facet joint injections to my spine. All the staff including the doctor and the ladies who provided me with a lovely mug of tea and a sandwich afterwards were cheerful and very helpful. Obviously I was nervous never having the treatment before but the nurses put me at ease and talked to me all through the procedure, I noticed how my name tags were checked quite a few times to insure there was no mix up. I may have to go back for more treatment and I now know I have nothing to worry about. A special thank you to my Consultant who was very professional but also kind.

I was actually on the Arthur Lewin Day Unit.
