"Disappointing waiting times."

Anything else?
I’m disappointed that every time I phone the hospital they cannot give me any indication of when my appointment will be.
They tell me there is a long waiting list but I have been waiting since the 18th October for my first appointment.
They did offer me a last minute appointment for a Sunday but unfortunately I was not available.

We are sorry to learn of your difficuty in getting information about your appointment. If you contact on PALS on (024) 7686 5550 your situation will be looked into. There is a 24 hour voice mail facility if you telephone outside office hours. The office is open Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 5pm.
