Went in on Monday Morning after dislocating my shoulder, the lady on the desk got me checked in very quickly and I was seen to almost straight away as I was in a lot of pain, I was assessed quickly and offered pain killers. I was then sent to x-ray which was also very quick and was soon on laughing gas. This is where I have to give it up to the staff, being a Uni' student along with two friends who had bought me. The gas soon got to work and we all found it hilarious, the staff were great they understood that it would be funny, great to see staff with a sense of humour. They later asked the lads I was with to calm down a bit but in a friendly manner which is only understandable as they are trying to treat others who may be in pain, The man who put my shoulder in was calm and made me feel comfortable and he got it in first time which was great. Thanks to everyone involved from checking me in and fixing me up!
