"The death of my father"

About: East Surrey Hospital Nuffield Health, Guildford Hospital

(as a relative),

My father was a regular visitor to both East Surrey Hospital, Crawley Hospital and Guildford. He had Prostate Cancer and was being treated by all three. Towards the end, from September 2012 onwards, he developed problems in his back and his blood. My final experiences with both Guildford and East Surrey were very poor.
