"Referred by optician to TRAQS"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I was referred by my optician who explained the procedure. I was next contacted my TRAQS on a very bad telephone line, I was not given a choice of hospital only at PRH with a date and choice of 3 times, this is not what I expected.
