In spite of the "NHS knocking" that is in vogue (and clearly in some cases justified) I can only report a very positive experience at the ENT unit. I was seen on time, my condition was sorted out and agreement for future check ups and treatment put in place. All the staff were courteous, respectful and helpful. I have experienced worse in the private sector. Thank you.
