"Hospital care provided to my relative"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Anything else?

My Aunt was recently admitted as an emergency to Queens Hospital, with a life threatening condition. She suffers with dementia and was seriously ill at the time, not expected to survive. I cannot praise the staff at Queens Hospital enough for their care and treatment of my Aunt. She was seen in A&E, MAU and then admitted to Clemantine B Ward, where the care was consistent throughout. The staff were kind, caring, and reassuring to my Aunt as well as showing consideration and care to her relatives. The medical team were excellent, communicating and explaining to my family throughout her admission. The ward was clean and all staff on the ward were helpful, cheerful and extremely approachable.

My Aunt is now at home much recovered! My family and I are extremely grateful and thank all concerned with my Aunt's care at Queens Hospital.
