(as the patient),

I visited Bransholme health centre this week as I had fallen and hurt my foot. I felt that I didn't want to waste valuable NHS resources and thought that this would be the best option for me.

I was very impressed by the friendly staff on reception and the service I received from the nurse who looked after me. This service meant that I didn't have to spend hours waiting to be seen and I was soon on my way again.

I would recommend this service to anyone with minor injuries.

Our staff work hard to offer a professional and caring service which meets the needs of all our local community. It is also nice when this is recognised.

We are pleased that you were very impressed by the friendly staff on reception and that the service you received from the nurse; and that you did not experience a long wait to be seen. We are also very pleased that you would recommend this service to anyone with a minor injury.

We strive to continually improve our services and believe all feedback we receive is valuable in helping us to do so.
