I would like thank Ambulance Service, Accident and Emergency Dept. Also the staff in observation, Frome and Lugg wards. I cannot find one fault with the treatment my mother (Dorothy Carpenter) received from the 11th Jan 2013 until her passsing on 16th Jan 2013. Also the care and kindness shown to her family. The wards were spotless, The care was second to none. I would like to think you will pass this message to the lovely kind ,competent, caring people who looked after my wonderful mother.
