I recently had cause to attend the Northwich Infirmary in the evening with a "foreign body" in my eye. Reception was quick efficient and friendly. Waiting time was nothing to complain about. Treatment was expert and good humoured - and successful.

I wonder how many local people with minor problems go traipsing off to Leighton, not knowing that a good service is available on their doorstep? It should be better known.

I shall repeat this to the Northwich Guardian.
