"Helpful service from Tom at Dart"

(as the patient),

I've been dealing with a chap called Tom. He has been a huge help, extremely patient with me whilst I research each available option and an absolute pleasure to deal with!

If everyone at the NHS was as friendly, helpful, polite, professional and shared the same attitude as Tom, then I think we'd have a system that works and that would people have faith in! I cannot thank him enough.

I think Tom deserves the highest praise and commendation as a valued employee of the NHS.

Apologies for not responding sooner, thank you very much for taking the time to share your comments with us about the DART Service. I am please that it was such a positive one.

The DART team are here to offer patients a choice of location, date and time for their appointments, where possible, and provide as much information as we can to help patients choose what is right for them. It sounds as though this really helped you and I am pleased to hear you felt so supported when you needed to discuss things further.

I have shared your kind comments with Tom and the team, who are always glad to hear such kind praise.
