"accident and emergency"

About: Tameside General Hospital

Anything else?

I took my husband to A and E over the weekend, we found the doctor and staff extremely good and informed us exactly what was happening, the treatment for my husband was excellent and ongoing care was organised, We did find the waiting area very cold, my husband has a vascular problem and a bit of warmth would have helped.Otherwise everything was fine.

It is pleasing to read your comments with regard to your care, treatment and effective communication and I will ensure that the team is made aware. I will ask Gillian Parker, Director of Estate and Facilities to investigate why the waiting area was cold as a matter of urgency. Thank you for choosing Tameside Hospital as your hospital of choice.
