Anything else?
I visited the hospital for investigative treatment, I was not advised to take appropriate clothing to wear - ie a dressing gown and slippers or appropriate footwear. I was spoken to about a personal matter in the earshot of the patient / client waiting area. I was sent to await my treatment in the general waiting area with patients and non patients in a paper gown with no footwear which was highly inappropriate. I was spoken to by the nurse in a rude, and unprofessional manner. I was then examined by the consultant who was courtious and polite. He informed me that my bladder was fine but that he could see an unrelated gynecological problem which he advised me to disclose to my doctor and ask for a referal to gynecology. I subsequently returned to my GP who informed me that there was no record of this issue on the report from urology and they could not refer me for further investigation.
