Just got home after taking my mum into the a&e department, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care and service my mum has received over the last 4hours, especially from the doctor! Within minutes of arriving, we were assessed and swiftly moved to a cubicle where we were seen and dealt with in a very proficient manner. The doctor ensured my mum had an ECG, X-Ray, blood work and nebuliser all of which put us at ease knowing that the team were doing their job in delivering an exceptional level of care towards the patients they are responsible for. That too with a smile! Now stabilised and recovering well with the right medicine, we are back home while i am typing this. All in all, a pleasant and professional experience :-) Special thanks to the doctor for his positive, polite and professional attitude, highly undervalued by many but well done and thankyou to all the hardworking and dedicated staff at Walsall A&E dept for their brilliant service tonight x
