Your hear so often about problems in the National Health Services and so infrequently about the excellent work that it does on a day to day basis.
I think it is only right and proper that I should formally praise and thank you for the care, attention and consideration that I received during my stay in the Heartlands Hospital.
I don't know how to effectively communicate my feelings of gratitude to everyone in the Hospital and specifically those people and departments mentioned above. The Registrars, Consultants, Surgeons, Doctors, Sisters, and Nurses and so many others who went the extra mile to care for me during my recent stay in the Heartlands Hospital.
I just hope that this letter in some way expresses my appreciation to you all.
