"Staff ignoring patients"

About: Highfield Hospital

Anything else?

I went for a septoplastry and sub mucus trimming, it was agreed with the surgeon I stayed the night at my consultation, on day of surgery everything was fine, until after the surgery, I just woke up from surgery and I heard the surgeon say she's ok to go home today, I was still drowsy and could not speak, when I got into my room, they would not let me rest, they kept coming in turning the lights on, leaving the door open and kept saying you will be going home today, I kept telling them I felt unwell, it had been 4 hrs after my surgery and they did not bring any food for me to eat, which I felt contributed to my tiredness and nausea, the room was cold, I asked for heaters to be turned up, the nurse who was taking care of me "pretended" to turn the knob, when I was well enough to get up I touched the heater it was stone cold. I felt like crying, I had my face under the sheets to keep me warm, I asked another staff member to bring a portable heater and then my condition improved. I was discharged at 10 pm. Still bleeding from my nose. I would never have treatment at this hospital again.
