Anything else?
I have been sent to this hospital by West Sussex A&E dept where they do not have facilities to treat eye problems. I had a severe pain in right eye and was very sensitive to light. I reached around 2:30 pm and have seen first by a nurse around 3:30 pm. Then around 6:00 pm seen by a doctor and prescribed some drops and then and there it self on duty nurse treated with eye drops. At every step of my treatment they encouraged me to ask more questions and provided the related treatment information. The staff are very polite with the patients. I can understand why there was a delay in seeing me, obviously there are many patients out there waiting for emergency treatment so they are assessing the condition and critical nature of the illness and prioritizing the appointments.
Thank you for your support, I am now waiting for my outpatient appointment at the same hospital.
"Excellent A&E service and polite staff and..."
