"I knew I was going to see changes"

(as the patient),

When my practice nurse referred me to loose weight I was unsure of what to expect and have tried many groups, clubs and diets before. After seeing my advisor Lee who broke everything down and gave me a clear goal I knew when I left the appointment I was going to see changes. I have lost weight, got fitter, feel good about myself, my job is less stressful and I feel more in control of my life. Thank you x
