Consultant at ENT was excellent. Explanation good - very clean in the room and gave me the options and understood the situation and no reference to my age.

TRAQS didn't give me a choice of hospital - they chose the nearest one

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to provide TRAQS with feedback following your recent referral to an ENT consultant.

I am disappointed that you do not appear to have been offered Choice. TRAQS always offer patients the first available appointment, it may be that on this occasion this was at the nearest hospital and as it was convenient for you no other choice was offered.

Although you feel that you were not offered a Choice of hospital is is good to hear that your experience at the PRH was a very positive one.

Thank you again for your feeback as it helps us to develop the service further for the benefit of patients registered with Telford and Wrekin GPs.
