Anything else?
Needed to attend A&E for ophthalmic treatment. Reception staff helpful and friendly, triage a bit daft - so the performance indicator said seen in under whatever. But no long wait to be seen and dealt with, efficiently and from my point of view with appropriate amount of care. Thank you all concerned.
