I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to my consultant, his surgical team and the nursing and ancillary staff on ward 34 at Darlington Memorial Hospital.

I was admitted on the 1st febuary for a Total Hip Replacement and Discharged on the 4th Febuary . During my stay I was treated with dignity, compassion and kindness by all levels of Staff.

Please will you convey my thanks and appreciation to all . they are a Credit to your Trust.
