My son, who is 8 years old, was seen in an efficient and timely maner. All of the clinical staff, including the Orthopaedic Specialist, spoke to my son in a friendly and positive way. The seperate PAU meant that my son was with children of his own age and this put him at ease and made him feel safe. All of the staff spent time answering my questions and included me in the decisions made.

An excellent service was experienced!
