Dear Dave2468

Thank you very much for using Patient Opinion to give us feedback on our work. It is really important we understand things from a young person's perspective and your comment really helps those who work to plan and actually deliver health services to get it right for you.

It is interesting that you say you don't have the confidence to access clinics- we work with the local clinics and the staff there are very happy and keen to support young people. In Halifax the clinic has recently moved to Broad Street Plaza and if you check out our facebook page CHLASP NHS or our Twitter accounts @CHLASP and @CHLASPtraining Sue and Dawn have been to take step by step photos to help people who have not attended before recognise the route to the entrance and all the way into reception. They have also taken pictures of the waiting area and one of the consultation rooms so it helps you to know where you are going.

We are very willing to advise and support you to attend so you have somewhere to go whenever you need to, please feel free to call us in between visits if you need to 01484 481030.

Thank you

Liz
