After suffering an RTA I went to A&E feeling upset and with a terrible pain in my neck. I was prepared to wait the 2 hours on the sign - however I was invited in to the triage room straight away and then immobilised on a trolley having my head strapped to the trolley.

The staff took the pain in my neck very seriously and I felt that if I had damaged any part of my neck and/spinal cord I was in the very best place with the best of care.

Fortunately there was no severe damage just the muscles left in spasm.

All of the staff were lovely and I am pleased to say thank you to them all.
