Recently had my first baby at Kingsmill Hospital, the midwives on the Labour Ward (that I had during labour) were lovely, unfortunately anything positive I have to say ends there! Whilst waiting to be seen I had to listen to cleaners standing outside my curtain discuss how my cubicle had not been cleaned for 3 days, which wasn't a great start. I was served mouldy food on more than one occasion, throughout my stay, when I complained I was told "Oops! That happened last week as well!!" Had to be re-admitted with an infection, as was in severe pain, but often couldn't have pain relief as they kept losing my drugs card! Will not be having my next baby there!
